Restore purchases

Bought Remove ads and changed phone, or reinstalled the game?

  1. Sign in with the same Apple ID (iPhone) or Google account (Android) you used to buy.
  2. Open the game and go to Settings.
  3. Tap Restore purchases.

Purchases made on iPhone cannot be moved to Android and the other way round, because Apple and Google keep separate records.

Delete your data

There are no accounts, so we find your data through your player ID.

  1. Open Settings in the game and copy your player ID.
  2. Email it to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data".
  3. We delete your nickname, scores and group memberships from our server within 30 days and confirm by email.

To remove the data on your phone too, uninstall the app (or clear the site data in your browser).

Ads and your privacy choices

No ads ever interrupt the Daily 5 pours. To change your ad consent, open Settings > Privacy choices. On iPhone you can also turn tracking off in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. More in the Privacy Policy.

Group leagues

Create a league from the game and share the invite link in your WhatsApp group. Friends who open it can join from the app or play right away in the browser. A group can have up to 50 members, and you can leave it at any time from the group screen.

Frequently asked questions

When does the Daily 5 change?

At midnight in your local time zone. Everyone in the world gets the same five pours for that day number.

My score on the leaderboard looks different from the game.

Our server replays every Daily 5 pour to check the score. If something does not add up (for example a modified app), the score may be left out of public leaderboards. If you think this is a mistake, email us your player ID and the day number.

Can I change my nickname?

Yes, in Settings. Please do not use your full real name. Nicknames that break our Terms of Use may be renamed.

Does the game work offline?

Yes. You need a connection only to post scores to the daily leaderboard and your leagues, and to open challenge links.

Is there a version without installing anything?

Yes: play in your browser. Install the app to keep your streak, play the Café, join group leagues and get daily reminders.

Report a problem

Write to [email protected] and include, if you can:

  • your device model and system version (for example iPhone 13, iOS 19);
  • the app version, shown in Settings;
  • what happened and, if possible, a screenshot.

We read every message and usually reply within a few working days.

Ripristinare gli acquisti

Hai comprato Rimuovi pubblicità e hai cambiato telefono o reinstallato il gioco?

  1. Accedi con lo stesso ID Apple (iPhone) o account Google (Android) usato per l'acquisto.
  2. Apri il gioco e vai nelle Impostazioni.
  3. Tocca Ripristina acquisti.

Gli acquisti fatti su iPhone non si possono trasferire su Android e viceversa, perché Apple e Google tengono registri separati.

Cancellare i tuoi dati

Non ci sono account, quindi troviamo i tuoi dati tramite l'ID giocatore.

  1. Apri le Impostazioni del gioco e copia il tuo ID giocatore.
  2. Invialo a [email protected] con oggetto "Cancella i miei dati".
  3. Cancelliamo nickname, punteggi e partecipazione ai gruppi dal nostro server entro 30 giorni e te lo confermiamo via email.

Per eliminare anche i dati sul telefono, disinstalla l'app (o cancella i dati del sito dal browser).

Pubblicità e scelte sulla privacy

Nessun annuncio interrompe mai le versate della sfida del giorno. Per cambiare il consenso alla pubblicità apri Impostazioni > Scelte sulla privacy. Su iPhone puoi anche disattivare il tracciamento da Impostazioni di iOS > Privacy e sicurezza > Tracciamento. Dettagli nell'informativa sulla privacy.

Leghe di gruppo

Crea una lega dal gioco e condividi il link d'invito nel tuo gruppo WhatsApp. Chi lo apre può entrare dall'app o giocare subito nel browser. Un gruppo può avere fino a 50 membri e puoi uscire quando vuoi dalla schermata del gruppo.

Domande frequenti

Quando cambia la sfida del giorno?

A mezzanotte, ora locale. In tutto il mondo si giocano le stesse cinque versate per quel numero di giorno.

Il mio punteggio in classifica è diverso da quello nel gioco.

Il nostro server rigioca ogni versata della sfida per controllare il punteggio. Se qualcosa non torna (per esempio con un'app modificata), il punteggio può essere escluso dalle classifiche pubbliche. Se pensi che sia un errore, scrivici con il tuo ID giocatore e il numero del giorno.

Posso cambiare nickname?

Sì, dalle Impostazioni. Ti chiediamo di non usare nome e cognome. I nickname che violano i termini d'uso possono essere rinominati.

Il gioco funziona offline?

Sì. La connessione serve solo per pubblicare i punteggi nella classifica del giorno e nelle leghe, e per aprire i link sfida.

Si può giocare senza installare niente?

Sì: gioca nel browser. Installa l'app per tenere la serie, giocare in caffetteria, partecipare alle leghe e ricevere il promemoria giornaliero.

Segnalare un problema

Scrivi a [email protected] indicando, se puoi:

  • modello del dispositivo e versione del sistema (per esempio iPhone 13, iOS 19);
  • la versione dell'app, indicata nelle Impostazioni;
  • cosa è successo e, se possibile, uno screenshot.
