These terms apply when you play Fair Pour on iPhone, Android or in your browser, and when you use fairpour.app. The game is provided by Fair Pour Studio, [TODO: legal name of the company or sole trader], [TODO: registered address, country] ("we", "us"). By playing, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. The game

Fair Pour is free to play. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the game for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its code, artwork, characters (including Lulu and Gigi), sounds and texts belong to us or our licensors.

2. Nicknames and fair play

• Choose a nickname and group names that are not offensive, hateful, sexual, or misleading, and that do not impersonate anyone. Do not use your full real name or anyone else's personal details.
• Do not cheat: no modified apps, automated inputs, scripts or tampering with the scores sent to our server.
• Do not try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to our server.

We may rename, hide or remove nicknames, groups and scores that break these rules, exclude suspicious scores from leaderboards, and block access to online features for repeated abuse.

3. Online features

Leaderboards, group leagues and challenge links need an internet connection and our server. We may change, reset or stop online features, for example at the start of a new season, but we will not remove a feature you have paid for without offering a fair solution.

4. Ads and in-app purchases

The iPhone and Android apps show ads. You can buy Remove ads, a one-time, non-consumable purchase that removes ads that interrupt play. Optional reward videos may still be offered if you choose to watch them.

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms, including payment and refunds; we cannot process refunds ourselves. To get your purchase on a new device, use Restore purchases in the app's Settings with the same Apple ID or Google account.

If you live in the EU or UK: Remove ads is digital content supplied immediately after purchase. By completing the purchase you ask for immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it has started, as shown by the store at checkout. This does not affect your legal rights if the content does not work.

5. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Fair Pour fun and running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device. We may update the game and these terms. If we make important changes to the terms we will tell you in the app or on this page before they take effect; if you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, and the game is provided free of charge "as is".

7. Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the game or for supporting it. If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

8. Ending

You can stop playing at any time by deleting the game; to also delete the data on our server, follow the steps in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend access to online features if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you are a consumer living in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first: most problems can be solved with an email.

1. Il gioco

Fair Pour è gratuito. Ti concediamo una licenza personale, non esclusiva, non trasferibile e revocabile per usare il gioco per il tuo svago, senza scopi commerciali. Il gioco, il codice, la grafica, i personaggi (compresi Lulu e Gigi), i suoni e i testi appartengono a noi o ai nostri licenzianti.

2. Nickname e gioco leale

• Scegli nickname e nomi di gruppo che non siano offensivi, d'odio, sessuali o ingannevoli e che non imitino altre persone. Non usare il tuo nome e cognome né dati personali di altri.
• Non imbrogliare: niente app modificate, input automatici, script o manomissioni dei punteggi inviati al nostro server.
• Non tentare di disturbare, sovraccaricare o accedere senza autorizzazione al nostro server.

Possiamo rinominare, nascondere o rimuovere nickname, gruppi e punteggi che violano queste regole, escludere dalle classifiche i punteggi sospetti e bloccare le funzioni online in caso di abusi ripetuti.

3. Funzioni online

Classifiche, leghe di gruppo e link sfida richiedono una connessione a internet e il nostro server. Possiamo modificare, azzerare o interrompere le funzioni online, per esempio all'inizio di una nuova stagione, ma non toglieremo una funzione che hai pagato senza offrirti una soluzione equa.

4. Pubblicità e acquisti in-app

Le app per iPhone e Android mostrano pubblicità. Puoi acquistare Rimuovi pubblicità, un acquisto unico e permanente che elimina gli annunci che interrompono il gioco. Potrebbero restare disponibili i video premio facoltativi, se scegli di guardarli.

Gli acquisti avvengono tramite l'App Store di Apple o Google Play e sono soggetti alle loro condizioni, compresi pagamenti e rimborsi; non possiamo gestire i rimborsi direttamente. Per avere l'acquisto su un nuovo dispositivo usa Ripristina acquisti nelle Impostazioni dell'app, con lo stesso ID Apple o account Google.

Se vivi nell'UE o nel Regno Unito: Rimuovi pubblicità è un contenuto digitale fornito subito dopo l'acquisto. Completando l'acquisto chiedi la fornitura immediata e prendi atto che perdi il diritto di recesso una volta iniziata, come indicato dallo store al momento del pagamento. Restano salvi i tuoi diritti di legge se il contenuto non funziona.

5. Disponibilità e modifiche

Facciamo del nostro meglio perché Fair Pour sia divertente e funzionante, ma non possiamo garantire che sia sempre disponibile, privo di errori o compatibile con ogni dispositivo. Possiamo aggiornare il gioco e questi termini. In caso di modifiche importanti ai termini ti avviseremo nell'app o su questa pagina prima che entrino in vigore; se continui a giocare, si applicano i nuovi termini.

6. Responsabilità

Nulla in questi termini limita i diritti che hai come consumatore in base alle norme inderogabili, né la nostra responsabilità per morte o lesioni personali causate da negligenza, per dolo o per qualsiasi altro caso in cui la legge non consente limitazioni. Per il resto, nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, non rispondiamo di danni indiretti o causati da eventi fuori dal nostro ragionevole controllo, e il gioco è fornito gratuitamente "così com'è".

7. Apple e Google

Questi termini sono tra te e noi, non tra te e Apple o Google. Apple e Google non sono responsabili del gioco né della relativa assistenza. Se hai scaricato il gioco dall'App Store si applica anche il contratto di licenza per l'utente finale delle applicazioni concesse in licenza di Apple, e Apple e le sue controllate sono terzi beneficiari di questi termini e possono farli valere.

8. Cessazione

Puoi smettere di giocare in qualsiasi momento cancellando il gioco; per eliminare anche i dati sul nostro server segui le indicazioni dell'informativa sulla privacy. Possiamo sospendere le funzioni online se violi questi termini in modo grave o ripetuto.

9. Legge applicabile e controversie

Questi termini sono regolati dalla legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore residente nell'UE o nel Regno Unito mantieni anche la tutela delle norme inderogabili del tuo paese e puoi agire davanti al giudice del luogo in cui risiedi.
